Abstract: |
The nominative and accusative cases reflect major syntactic roles of nouns within the sentence, and therefore are crucial for communication. Chapter 3 examines the various forms a Modern Greek noun may take regarding these cases. A great part of the chapter is dedicated to case in use, examining basic syntactic contexts for the nominative and the accusative.
