4 Στο κεφάλαιο αυτό γίνεται αναφορά αποκλειστικά στην «επικίνδυνη» πλευρά ουσιών. Καταγράφονται στοιχεία που αφορούν σε θανατηφόρο δράση κάποιων ουσιών και τις εξαρτησιογόνες επιπτώσεις κάποιων άλλων. Επιπλέον αναφέρονται παραδείγματα ουσιών που καταγράφονται ως ουσίες χημικού πολέμου. Στο τέλος παρατίθεται η σχετική με τα αναφερόμενα στο κεφάλαιο βιβλιογραφία. This chapter refers exclusively to the "dangerous" side of substances. Data concerning the lethal effects of some substances and the addictive effects of others are recorded. In addition, examples of substances listed as chemical warfare substances are reported. At the end, the literature related to what is mentioned in the chapter is listed.
